Peace
I worship Jesus for who He is and what He has done in my life.
(He said “I am leaving you with a gift-peace of mind and heart.And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give.”John 14:27).
But I also like Buddha (not that I believe he was God) for what kind of man he was even though he didn’t know Jesus.I respect him especially because he saw the world with different eyes in such a dark and lost time and broke (I’m sure he hated it) seeing how sin was hurting people and destroying their lives…
Today I bought a whole grain bread from a grocery store (”Judy’s bread”).I’m not really sure why but there was a small white sticker on the bag with words say “There is no higher happiness than peace.Buddha.” They tasted really good (I love any kind of bread but whole grain bread seems like less sour,and healthier for sure)!
I thought “isn’t it Peace we all strive for in our hearts and lives,and for everyone,for this world,…?”
I want to eat and share more of it…
